Klaus Friedeberger

Klaus Friedeberger was born in Berlin in 1922. He arrived in Britain as a refugee in 1939 and was sent as an internee aboard the Dunera to Australia, where he spent his formative years as an artist before returning to Europe. He had his first one-man exhibition at Annely Juda's Hamilton Galleries in 1963. He lives and works in London. His subsequent exhibitions, which included a solo exhibition at England & Co in 2007, focused primarily on his early works in Australia and London.
