Johanna Piesniewski

Johanna Piesniewski was born in Poland in 1979. She studied fine art in Münster, Germany, before being awarded a scholarship to study for her MA at Central St Martins in London where she graduated in 2008. Her oil-on-paper works seek out non-places and "hidden zones" in the urban environment where man-made and natural environments meet. She was included in the gallery's exhibition City X and is currently based in Germany.
