Simon Nicholas

Simon Nicholas is a British artist who simultaneously documents, fictionalises, and abstracts an imaginary metropolis derived from New York: his works have been described as 'a Manhattan of the mind'. Nicholas has exhibited widely in Europe, Britain and the USA, with a solo exhibition at England & Co in 2001. His large-scale paintings alternate with the small oils on cardboard from his ongoing series: In the City (of Glass).
