A work for Inter/Action, Live Art in Southwark Park, during Bermondsey Carnival, London SE16, 29/05/99. 

By the park’s duck pond, I ask passers-by to spring-clean the English language of words and phrases they despise, which, once written with soy sauce on strips of sushi nori (roasted seaweed), can be devoured. At the same time, I write the same unwanted words in white chalk on the hulls of origami boats folded from sushi nori, gradually building up the ‘Sushi Armada'.
