As in number 7, I re-face real English banknotes (now featuring Fry, Darwin and Elgar) with portrait drawings of street market visitors. This time, however, the project is Arts Council funded, and I issue no circulation contracts.
My customers can choose to keep their personalised cash – and pay a 50% commission fee on top of their banknotes’ face value.
