Interactive installation/performance at Kennington Park Cafe, London, 05/07/02.

Guests at the cafe are invited to play Biscuit Chess with me while having a cup of tea. The chessboard consists of square tea-stains on tissue paper, with white and brown sugar cubes as plinths for the chess pieces: plain biscuits vs. chocolate-covered ones of the same shape. The players’ rewards are instant and sweet.
