Over the academic year 2004-05, I worked with children from Redriff Primary School to map the cycle of growth and decay of pioneer weeds that randomly colonised a trolley of 'The Rolling Garden of Redriff'. On16/09/05, Harald Vogel, the only other person I’ve ever met in Britain who shares my first name, helps me to return the heavyweight Rolling Garden from the school to Southwark Park (Cafe Gallery Projects). This physically very demanding mile-long journey turns into a performative double act by itself. (See also number 38.)
